​​Book your meeting room for ESPID 2016 in advance

ESPID gives the opportunity to book a meeting room for off-programme meetings during the ESPID 2016 Meeting in Brighton.

3 meeting rooms will be available during the following time slots:

  • Tuesday, May 10- during coffee and lunch breaks only
  • Wednesday, May 11- during coffee and lunch breaks and from 14:30 until 19:30
  • Thursday, May 12- Friday, May 13- from 10:00 until 17:30.

In order to book your meeting room, please contact Prof. Dr. Philipp Henneke at philipp.henneke@uniklinik-freiburg.de by Wednesday, April 20 with the following information:

  • Name of Meeting
  • Name and contact details of the meeting organizer
  • Date and Time
  • Number of attendees
  • Basic AV equipment (laptop, projector, screen) needed: yes/No
